GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THERMOTEC T600 TWIN WALL FLUE
Please adhere to the installation requirements when installing Thermotec T600 flue systems. Failure to do so will not only risk the effectiveness of the flue system but may also void the guarantee.
1. To be eligible for the 15 year Thermotec Guarantee, the guarantee form at the bottom of this page must be completed and returned to us by either post or email to the details below:

2. All Thermotec T600 flue systems come with a 15 year parts only guarantee. This guarantee is non-transferrable and is subject to these terms and conditions.
3. The commencement of this guarantee is the day on which the system is installed.
4. All systems must be installed by a qualified and competent person and must be installed within both HETAS regulations and the Thermotec T600 installation requirements along with any other regulations stipulated by UK building regulations.
5. All systems must be swept and connected appliances serviced on an annual basis. In the event of any warranty claim, certificate of installation by a HETAS approved installer along with annual sweeping certificates by a chimney sweep associated with a recognised body will be required.
6. The installer / end user is not authorised to make any repairs or modifications without prior consent.
7. Any defects cause by improper installation or usage of the flue system or appliance to which it is fitted will not be covered.
8. The above terms and conditions of this guarantee do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
