Parcel Deliveries - £8.99

Any parcel orders are charged at £8.99 and you will be given the option to choose a delivery date for your parcel delivery which will be anything from 2 working days after the point of order onwards. You will be given the option to choose your own delivery date at the checkout screen and whatever date you select this will be the date that your parcel delivery is booked in for.

If we do not have your item in stock we will notify you by email and you will be given the option of a refund or we can order the item in for you, and once received we will send it out to you on a next working day service. 

*Please note there are some postcode areas of the UK where an extra delivery fee is required and delivery may take 2-3 working days such as northern areas of Scotland and Scottish Highlands etc. Parcel shipping to these areas will be charged at £24.99.

At the checkout your palletized delivery cost will be calculated based on the delivery address you enter and you will be given the option to choose a delivery date for your palletised delivery which will be anything from 2 working days after the point of order onwards. You will be given the option to choose your own delivery date at the checkout screen and whatever date you select this will be the date that your palletized delivery is booked in for.

Palletized deliveries may be transported to your address on a 7.5 Tonne heavy goods vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure that a vehicle of this size has access to your requested delivery address.

If you do not wish to take immediate next day delivery of your order, arrangements can be made to schedule a delivery date that is best for you.

On the day of your pre-arranged delivery it is important you make sure someone is present to inspect and sign for the goods. You will incur an additional delivery charge if you fail to be present on your pre-arranged delivery date. If a delivery is subsequently returned to us due to the pre-arranged delivery being unable to take place, we reserve the right to deduct any delivery costs incurred by ourselves from any refund.

The Delivery itself is a 1 man delivery and will take place between 8am – 5pm and will be made on a 7.5 tonne vehicle. There will need to be sufficient access for the 7.5 tonne vehicle to pull up outside the property and to be able to offload the pallet using a tail lift on the rear of the vehicle.

It is classed as a curb side delivery but the driver will take the pallet on a pallet truck up to the front door providing that access is clear and free of any obstructions such as narrow paths, narrow gates, steps, gravel paths or gravel drives that the pallet truck cannot be wheeled on. The driver will be unable to take the pallet up or down any steps and would then take the pallet as far as they can easily wheel it.

Upon the receipt of your goods, you have 48 hours in which to declare any damages. Any damages reported outside of this window are subject to possible rejection, resulting in the denial of a replacement or refund. We advise that you check the goods while the delivery driver is present. If the driver refuses to wait with you while you examine the pallet, then please make sure you sign for the goods as UNCHECKED as this will cover you for all eventualities.

If you have checked the delivery over and it is found to be damaged, please clearly mark this on the delivery note signature and contact our offices immediately. If you have any damages or missing items that you need to report, then please email us at sales@thermoteconline.co.uk. Please Note: We will require photographic evidence of all damaged item claims.

Returns Information:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you wish to return an item please contact us first by either calling us, or sending in an email to sales@thermoteconline.co.uk along with your order number and we can ensure you have the correct returns information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any original shipping costs on your order will be deducted from your refund.
